In February/March
2007 I travelled to the state of Gujarat in western India to see
some of the country's lesser-known endangered mammals. I also extended
my tour with a 3-day visit to Nagarhole National Park in Karnataka state (southern India) to see the Asian elephants
there.
I've put together this website to share my photographs
from the trip and also some information on the conservation of India's
